When logging in:

USERNAME: Your email you gave us when you filled out the daycare/boarding paperwork. If you believe your email is incorrect or you don’t have one in our system, please contact us.

PASSWORD: You will press “forgot password” and follow instructions in the link given through email to set up your own password.
